R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the Department of the Army for leasing the
property located at 3040 College Street for a period of five (5)
years ending in 1992 and extended in five (5) year increments not
to exceed beyond April 2 , 2040.
