R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 6 , 1987, bids were received for a
contract for the city' s Marina Expansion, Phase I Project; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $62,248; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bo-Mac Contracting, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contracting, Inc. in the amount of
$62,248, be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the City' s Marina
Expansion, Phase I Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
