BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
license agreement in substantially the form attached hereto for the
use of public right-of-way for the installation of a fiber optic
communications system.
