BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
local/state contract with the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation to provide the state funding Public
Transportation Project TX-05-0133 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
1987 .
