BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager 'L--)e, and lie is hereby, authorized to execute
a settlement agreement in Midwest Mechanical Contractors, Inc. ,
vs. City of Beaumont, et al, No. B-85-859-CA, in the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the
payment of Forty Thousand Dollars ( $40,000) to Midwest Mechanical
Contractors, Inc. , from retainage previously withheld from said
corporation.
