R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1987, bids were received for a three
(3) year contract for mowing and litter removal from city-owned
property; and,
WHEREAS, the following bid was submitted:
Alamo Lawn Service
Developed Property $.003/sq. ft.
Vacant Property .0019/ sq. ft.
Litter/Debris Removal
Developed & Vacant Lots $15.00/lot
(Lot size 60 x 100)
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted above is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted above by Alamo Lawn Service be accepted by
the City of Beaumont for a three (3 ) year contract for mowing and
litter removal from city-owned property.
