R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the following owners of property along Gladys
Street have donated easements along four feet (4 ' ) of their
property for sidewalks:
Amoco Production Company
Rolland J. Anderson
Briarwood Green Unit I
Condominium Home Owners Association
Briarwood Green Unit II
Condominium Home Owners Association
Beaumont West Homeowners Association
Bishop Bernard J. Gantor
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Albert Moncla
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred C. Moujoes
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Glenn Palmer
Mr. and Mrs. Floyd R. Smith
U. S. Life Title Insurance Company
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thomas Pierce
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph P. Andes
and,
WHEREAS, the following property have donated a four foot
(4 ' ) sidewalk easement and an easement for drainage purposes:
E. W. Baker, et al
Reverend Bernard J. Gantor
Beaumont Independent School District
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said easements and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
easements is necessary and desirable and that same should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easements tendered by the persons named above to the City
of Beaumont be, and the same are hereby, in all things, accepted.
