R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of two (2 ) air compressors; and,
WHEREAS, Heatley Equipment Co. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $17,389.63 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Heatley Equipment Co. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Heatley Equipment Co. be accepted by the
City of Beaumont in the amount of $17,389.63 for the purchase of
two (2) air compressors.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
