R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of herbicides; and,
WHEREAS, Terra International, Inc. of Winnie, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $12,226 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Terra International, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Terra International, Inc. be acceped by
the City of Beaumont in the amount of $12,226 for the punccase of
herbicides.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1987.
