R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Green Meadow Patio Homes, Phase I
have completed the water and sanitary sewer improvements as follows :
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
° Lots 1 through 7
Water Only Improvements:
° Lots 8 through 14
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements meet
city standards and qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance,
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should
be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water and sanitary sewer improvements of Green Meadow Patio
Homes , Phase I are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall
be continuously maintained by the City.
