WHEREAS, on January 26, 1987, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of asphaltic oils for use by the
Operations Division of the Public Works Department; and, street
WHEREAS, the following bids were submitted:

and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted above are the lowest and best bids and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above be acceped by the City of Beaumont
for the purchase of asphaltic oils for use by the Operations
Division of the Public Works Department.
