BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
quitclaim deed conveying Parcels 506, 507, 508, 509, 510, and 511
to the State of Texas for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur
380 Project.
