WHEREAS, on February 9, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of one ( 1 ) trenching machine and one (1 ) trailer; and,
WHEREAS, Ditch Witch of South East Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of ;$37,314.50; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Ditch Witch is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ditch Witch be acceped by the City of
Beaumont in the amount of $37,314.50 for the purlicase of one ( 1 )
trenching machine and one (1 ) trailer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
