WHEREAS, on February 9, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of five (5) tractors; and,
WHEREAS, San Augustine Tractors of San Augustine, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $403 ,075; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by San Augustine Tractors is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by San Augustine Tractors be acceped by the
City of Beaumont in the amount of $48,075 for the purhcase of five
(5) tractors.
PASSED the City of Beaumont this
