R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N T
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1 ) cab/chassis mounted with a six (6 ) cubic yard
compacting unit; and,
WHEREAS, Refuse Technologies, Inc. of Houston, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $19,950; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Refuse Technologies; Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Refuse Technologies, Inc. be acceped by
the City of Beaumont in the amount of $19, 950 for the purhcase of
one (1 ) cab/chassis mounted with a six (6 ) cubic yard compacting
unit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
