WHEREAS, on February 2, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of a software system for Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Designer Software Consultants, Inc. of Fort
Worth, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $20, 000; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Designer Software Consultants, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Designer Software Consultants, Inc. be
acceped by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $20,000 for the
purhcase of a software system for Municipal Court.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
