WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
acquisition of right-of-way for the FM 364 (Major Drive)
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for FM 364 (Major
Drive) improvements be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 141 : 4, 704 square feet out of A. Savery
Survey, Abstract 46
Owner: Rebecca A. Cox Miskimon
Approved Value: $067, 500.00
