R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
acquisition of right-of-way for the College Street T.I.P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T.I.P. Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 4: 8, 401 square feet on the northeast
corner of the intersection of College
and Park Streets
Owner: Boyd Caffey, et al
Approved Value: $120,500. 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that moving expenses in the amount
of $15 ,000 be, and they are hereby, approved for the above-named
project.
