BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission for
the provision of $14, 474 in financial assistance to the Beaumont
Community Health Clinic for use in making prescription medications
available to poverty-level residents of BeaumonL and North
Jefferson County.
