R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids for all-risk property
insurance for an annual period; and,
WHEREAS, Hartford Insurance Co. through Wisenburg
Insurance and Risk Management Agency submitted the lowest
responsible proposal consisting of $113,514,662 in blanket coverage
on city property; and,
WHEREAS, the city desires to authorize the execution of a
contract for providing such insurance by the Hartford Insurance Co.
through Wisenburg Insurance and Risk Management Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Hartford Insurance Co. through the Wisenburg
Insurance and Risk Management Agency be, and the same is hereby,
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to take ali- actions
necessary to effectuate this coverage.
