WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
acquisition of right-of-way for the College Street T.I.P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for College
Street T.I.P. Project acquisition be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 26: 890 square feet out of Lots 5 and 6,
Block 4, Cartwright Teerrace Addition
Owner: Carlo J. Malley, Jr. , et al
Approved Value: $10,204.00
