HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 87-023 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, David Alberts has requested the City of Beaumont to allow him to encroach nine feet (9' ) into a joint use 31 ' utility easement located in the rear of Lot 15, Block 9, Beaumont West Addition, Section Four, for a portable building on skids; and, WHEREAS City staff has expended considerable time and effort in investigating the effect of such encroachment upon the City and utilities serving the same; and, WHEREAS, it appears that it would be equitable to allow such encroachment at this time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a License to Encroach for David Alberts to encroach nine feet (9 ' ) into a joint use 31 ' utility easement in the rear of Lot 15, Block 9, Beaumont West Addition, Section Four, for a portable building on skids for a one-time license fee paid to the City of Five Hundred Dollars ($500 ) .
