WHEREAS, on December 29, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1) hydraulically powered digger/derrick truck;
and,
WHEREAS, UEC Equipment Company of Oklahoma City, OK
submitted a bid in the amount of $76, 107. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by UEC Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by UEC Equipment Company for the purchase of
one (1) hydraulically powered digger/derrick truck in the amount of
$76, 107 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
