BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
deed conveying the City's interest in part of Lots 6, 7 and 8 of
the Giordano Addition to the State of Texas for the Martin Luther
King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380 Project.
