R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were proposed for engineering services
contracts for projects from the Comprehensive Drainage Program;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
proposals of Mark Whiteley and Associates for the Cartwright-
Terrell Project, Bob Shaw Consulting Engineers on the High School
Ditch and Garrod & Dartez on the Fannin Street Box should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to negotiate
contracts with the engineering firms listed above for engineering
services contracts on the listed projects.
