BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant an
easement out of Parcel 78 to Kansas City Southern Railroad Company
for relocation of their railroad facilities and to execute a deed
conveying Parcel 78 to the State of Texas subject to the easement.
