R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 22, 1986, City Council authorized a
license agreement with the Santa Fe Railroad Company for a sanitary
sewer line crossing at Cypress and Mulberry Streets; and,
WHEREAS, due to an unknown obstruction, the twelve (1211)
sewer line had to be installed twelve feet (121 ) south of the
original location; and,
WHEREAS, in order to correct the permit, Santa Fe has
requested that a Supplemental Agreement be approved by Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
supplemental agreement with the Santa Fe .Railroad Company for a
sanitary sewer line crossing twelve feet (121 ) south of the
intersection of Cypress and Mulberry Streets.
