BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to obtain a
permit for installation of sanitary sewer lines from the Santa Fe
Railroad Company under Sanitary Sewer Improvements Contract 18C
with payment of a one-time fee of Four Hundred Dollars ($400) .
