WHEREAS, on November 3, 1986, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of limestone base; and,
WHEREAS, T-Mix Materials submitted a bid in the amount of
approximately $57, 550; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by T-Mix Materials is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of T-Mix Materials be accepted by the City of Beaumont
and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
a one (1) year contract with T-Mix Materials in the amount of
approximately $57,550 for the purchase of limestone base.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
