R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Drainage District Number 6 for the
replacement of the Prutzman Street Bridge at a cost to the City not
to exceed fifty percent (5o%) of the One Hundred Thirty-Five
Thousand Dollar construction cost.
