BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant an
easement out of Lot 7, Block 15, David Brown League, Abstract 5,
Ogden Addition, (Parcel 223) , the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/
Spur 380 Project, to Kansas City Southern Railroad Company for
relocation of their railroad facilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute a deed conveying Lot 7, Block 15,
David Brown League, Abstract 5, Ogden Addition, to the State of
Texas subject to the easement herein provided.
