BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a ten-foot (101 ) wide easement to Gulf States Utilities Company
for the installation of an overhead electrical distribution line to
serve the Firemen's Training Grounds. The line will be located
substantially as shown on the attached plat.
