R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 13, 1986, bids were received for the
Minglewood Addition Drainage Project; and,
WHEREAS, Speedway Service Company, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $69,826; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Speedway Service Company, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Speedway Service Company, Inc. be accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract with Speedway Service Company,
Inc. in the amount of $69,826 for the Minglewood Addition Drainage
Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
