BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an easement to Kansas City Southern Railroad Company for
relocation of their railroad facilities and to execute a deed
conveying Parcel 135 on the M . L. King Parkway project to the
State of Texas subject to an easement in favor of Kansas City
Southern Railroad Company .
