WHEREAS, on October 27, 1986, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of computer paper; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Specialties, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $12,641 .77; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Gulf Coast Specialties, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gulf Coast Specialties, Inc. in the
amount of $12,641 .77 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for an
annual contract for the purchase of computer paper .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
