R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1984, by Resolution 84-246, Council
accepted for maintenance water and sanitary sewer improvements in
the Oak Trace Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, due to the E .S .M. Government Securities, Inc.
loss, participation funds were not available until now to
reimburse the developer, West Trace Developers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
the reimbursement to West Trace Developers in the amount of
$9,231.86 for the development of Oak Trace Subdivision.
