WHEREAS, on September 22, 1986, bids were received for
the purchase of one (1 ) cab/chassis with brush trailer; and,
WHEREAS, J. K. Chevrolet of Nederland, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $46,093 .89; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by J. K. Chevrolet is the lowest and best bid received
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted for the purchase of one (1 ) cab/chassis with
brush trailer in the amount of $46,093 .89 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986.
