WHEREAS, on April 8, 1986, the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to Watkins Construction Company for the rehabilitation of
the Best Years Center; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the rehabilitation of the Best Years Center is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to make final payment to Watkins Construction
Company in the amount of $10,627.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont. this
the day of 1986 .
