WHEREAS, on October 1 , 1985, the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to Watkins Construction Company for construction of a
new wing for the Beaumont Community Health Clinic in the amount of
$172,575 ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT construction of a new wing for the Beaumont Community Health
Clinic is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City
Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final payment to
Watkins Construction Company in the amount of $1 ,500.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
