WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M . L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Parcel 165: 7 ,501 square feet out of Lots 3 and 4,
Block 4 of the Gray Addition
Owner: Lucy Mae Manuel
Approved Value: $7,379
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
