R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 25, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of a compactor for use by the Landfill Department; and,
WHEREAS, Fogle Equipment Company of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $209,900 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Fogle Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fogle Equipment Company in the amount of $209,900
for the purchase of a compactor for use by the Landfill Department
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
