BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a License to
Encroach Agreement to the Jefferson Theatre Preservation Society,
to allow a nine feet eight inch (9 '8") encroachment over the public
sidewalk on the north facade of the Jefferson Theatre.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Five Hundred Dollar
($500) fee for such license be waived as the property is leased by
the City of Beaumont for public use from the Jefferson Theatre
Preservation Society, which is a nonprofit organization, and is
providing a service to the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986.
