WHEREAS, on September 8, 1986, bids were received for
roof repairs over Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, H. H. Sanders & Sons, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted the following bid:

Coal Tar Pitch Roof $16,358.00
Replacement of damaged facia and
gravel guard per Board Foot
$ 3 .00
Credit for undamaged insulation
per squre foot $ .30
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by H. H. Sanders & Sons, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
received and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted for roof repairs over Municipal Court in the
amount stated above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
