WHEREAS, on September 2 , 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of fifty ( 50) hats and two hundred (200) rainsuits for use
by the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Night' s Uniform Co. of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $6,790; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Night' s Uniform Co. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Night' s Uniform Co. in the amount of $6,790 for the
purchase of fifty ( 50) hats and two hundred (200) rainsuits be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
