WHEREAS, on August 25, 1986, bids were received for
construction of the Carroll Street Park Drainage and Landscape
Plan; and,
WHEREAS, Merrill Construction Co. , Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $52,404; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Merrill Construction Co. , Inc. is the lowest and best
bid received and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted for construction of the Carroll Street Park
Drainage and Landscape Plan in the amount of $52,404 by Merrill
Construction Co. , Inc . be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
