WHEREAS, the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements have been completed on Holiday Square; and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said improvements desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easements, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements on Holiday Square be, and the same are hereby, accepted
and shall be continuously maintained by the City of Beaumont.
