R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Parcel 56 : 4,626.07 square feet out of Lot 19,
Block 34 of the Arlington Addition
Owner: Janette Hayles
Approved Value: $7,241
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
