WHEREAS, on August 25, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1 ) dozer; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor Company of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $133, 705 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mustang Tractor Company is the lowest and best bid
received and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted for the purchase of a dozer in the amount of
$133,705 by Mustang Tractor Company be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986.
