BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT a public hearing be set on September 9, 1986 in the City
Council Chambers, City Hall, at 1 :15 o'clock p.m. on the Capital
Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a notice of the public
hearing be published in accordance with the provisions of Article
VI, Section 20, of the Charter of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
