R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont be, and it is hereby, authorized to
commence negotiations for the acquisition of the Lowry and Cheatham
real property, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, said
property to be used for the expansion of Fair Park .
